On October 24, 2019, relevant organizations and personnel were organized by China Electric Power Research Institute to inspect standard model machine of 12kV handcart-type switch cabinet on the site of Wenzhou Changtai Electric Co., Ltd. Organizations participating in on-site inspection of Wenzhou Changtai Electric Co., Ltd. included China Electric Power Research Institute, Wenzhou Grid, and Suzhou Electrical Apparatus Science Research Institute Co.,Ltd./EETI.

        On the site, inspectors inspected six specifications of standard handcart-type switch cabinets manufactured by Wenzhou Changtai Electric Co., Ltd. according to Standard Design and Customization Program for 12kV Handcart-Type Switch Cabinet, and prepared an onsite inspection report. Wenzhou Changtai Electric Co., Ltd. has three sets of cable outlet cabinets with 7c structure program (630-20, 1250-25 and 1250-31.5) and three overhead feed cabinets with structure program 1 (2500-31.5, 3150-40 and 4000-40).

        Previously, EETI had completed onsite inspection of standard model machine of 12kV handcart-type switch cabinets manufactured by 11 enterprises, such as Shenyang Huali, Nari Hengchi and Jilin Jinguan.
